Delete Your BidBuild Account

This page explains how to delete your BidBuild account and the data linked to it. It applies to the BidBuild web app and the BidBuild mobile apps for iPhone, iPad and Android, which are provided by BidBuild Incorporated.

1. How to Request Deletion

1. Email privacy@bidbuild.app from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my BidBuild account".
2. Include your name and the company you use BidBuild with.
3. We confirm the request with you, then delete your account within 30 days.

If you use BidBuild as part of a company, your company's administrator can also remove you from BidBuild at any time. To close a whole company account, the company owner can email the same address.

2. What We Delete

• Your user profile: name, email address and phone number
• Your password, passkeys and two-factor authentication settings
• Your access to every company you belong to in BidBuild

3. What We Keep

• Company records: jobs, leads, proposals, invoices, time logs, notes and files you created for your company belong to that company and stay in its account.
• Billing records: payment and invoice records for a BidBuild subscription are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require.
• App diagnostics: crash reports and app usage data from the mobile apps are deleted automatically within 30 days of being collected.
• Backups: copies in our automatic database backups are removed when those backups expire, within 7 days of deletion.
