Connect your Heritage account in four steps
Use the Heritage account you already have — the same account number, branch and ship-to. You need a Heritage Pool+ sign-in with company-admin rights to reach the API key, and an Owner account in BidBuild to paste it in.
Sign in to Heritage Pool+
On heritagepoolplus.com, open Resources → Heritage Integrations. Heritage notes that only a company admin can reach your company API key.
Copy your Account ID and API key
BidBuild asks for both, not just the key. If you are not sure which Account ID to use, Heritage support can confirm it.
Paste them into BidBuild
Go to Settings → Integrations, find Heritage Pool Supply Group and choose Connect. BidBuild checks the credentials with Heritage there and then, so you know straight away that they work.
Set your default ship-to and branch
Pick the Heritage ship-to and branch your orders run through. The integration needs both before it can price items or raise a purchase order.

Bills flow into the job and QuickBooks
Once Heritage bills the order, the bill is entered against the job and ready to sync to QuickBooks Online or Desktop for payment — no retyping, no missed costs.
